Guest will arrive to a red-carpet area where they will have the opportunity to be interviewed by our Red-Carpet host and also take pictures at the beautiful decorated photobooth. Guests will thereafter be ushered into the cock tail area where they will happily sip on cocktails drinks, which will be fabulously adorned with drink tags, with delicious sweets and flavorsome snacks while they mingle with other invited guests.
 

A welcome desk will also be on site to get contact details of guest so as to use for further communication, once guest fill the welcome card, they will be handed a goody bag which will contain various branded company items.
 

Raffle tickets will also be sold at the entrance and 80% of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the John Ashley Development Foundation.
